I would like to personally thank the many of you who over the years have brought your homebuyer clients to Robson Ranch, giving us the opportunity to help them in the search for their dream home.

I am excited to share significant changes that have recently been made to the Robson Ranch Co-Broke Program effective July 25, 2012:

• You can now register your clients even if the sales staff at Robson Ranch has already been working with your client, but your client has not yet contracted to purchase a home.

• You no longer will have to wait until the close of escrow to be paid a qualifying co-broke commission on new homes to be constructed! Instead, 50% of the commission will be paid two (2) weeks after your client and the developer enter into a purchase contract, and the remaining 50% will be paid two (2) weeks after the developer has released your client’s home for commencement of construction after your client has selected their construction options.

• If your registered client contracts with the developer to purchase a Designer home at Robson Ranch, co-brokers will be paid a qualifying co-broke commission at close of escrow.

In addition, for a limited time, the co-broke commission will be 4% of the sales price for qualifying sales of Designer homes and the co-broke commission for new homes to be constructed is 3%.
