Robson Resort Communities was recognized for the third consecutive year with the prestigious 2018 Grand Award as "Builder of the Year" and took home multiple other honors at the 33rd Annual Major Achievements in Merchandising Excellence (MAME) competition. The ceremony was recently held at The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa and celebrated the exemplary efforts of builders, land developers, interior designers, architects, sales managers and sales associates. Robson shared this year's top accolade with Camelot Homes.

The Home Builders Association of Central Arizona presents the MAME Grand Award "Builder of the Year" to the builder with the highest point total with entries in advertising, interior merchandising, product design and individual award categories.

The Robson Ranch Fresco model took top billing for Best Detached Active Adult Product Design Under $300,000. The Fresco was designed for buyers who want something special and love to entertain.

Also, Robson Resort Communities earned the "Best Billboard" award by creating an attention‐getting image and minimal copy. It increased awareness for the 55+ target market by depicting an upscale resort lifestyle in 6 Arizona locations.

Many of the new homes at a Robson Resort Community capture the essence of indoor/outdoor living by offering a seamless transition between these two areas. The Bacara Model at PebbleCreek is a perfect example of outdoor entertaining at its best; thus, taking home the award for Best Outdoor Merchandising for Homes between $450,00 to $700,000 of the expanded living area for enjoying.

In addition to these accolades and the Grand Award, Robson Resort Communities received MAME honors for the following:
