We've been busy here at SaddleBrooke Ranch! Our amazing community in North Tucson ‐ surrounded by mountains in the high Sonoran Desert terrain ‐ is getting even better. Construction is well underway on the new clubhouse and restaurant, spanning 40,000 sq. ft. under roof. Luxurious amenities will include a banquet hall, ballroom and auditorium with stage for entertainment activities. A full‐service grille and u‐shaped bar with a large patio overlooking the lake, private dining room, relaxing fireside lounge area and outdoor terraces will provide residents a place to grab a bite to eat, meet up with friends or just hang out. The project is slated to be completed March 2018.

Also under construction is our Creative Arts Center. The center will feature several rooms with plans for a variety of arts and crafts including: lapidary, woodworking, general arts and crafts, sewing, glass art, ceramics and a library. The Creative Arts Center is projected to be completed by the end of 2017.

We've also released new homesites in Unit 16B.This neighborhood is just a short golf cart ride to our Pickleball complex and La Hacienda Club which features a resort‐style pool, indoor pool, fitness center, spa tennis complex and more spectacular amenities. These homesites will accommodate our Tradition and Premiere Home Series, including our newest model, the Solstice (see our model video and our Virtual 3D Tour). These homesites are expected to go fast, so we encourage you to act quickly.
